LICENSE AGREEMENT

The BlackBerry Backup Extractor ("BBBE") is free for non-commercial use. Commercial use requires a registration key, which may be purchased by clicking the "Register" button below.

Unregistered users are limited in the number of files that they can restore at one time, and there is a short delay in restoration. Registered users may restore an unlimited number of files with no delay.

REDISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION

Redistribution, whether for commercial gain or otherwise is not permitted. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce this software. You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows.

WARRANTY

This software and its accompanying files are provided "as is" and no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of this software remains with you. In no event will author be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this program.
